Return and Refund Policy – BOONCHOO.com
At BOONCHOO.com, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return item(s) under the conditions outlined below.
1. General Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, item(s) must:
- Be returned in new, unused condition with all original packaging intact
- Be returned within 60 days from the date of purchase
- Not fall under categories excluded from return (see Section 3)
Please note:
- Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
- Once the returned item(s) are received and confirmed to be in acceptable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method for the product cost (excluding shipping)
- Refunds may take up to two weeks to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider
BOONCHOO.com is not responsible for returned packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect shipping addresses, recipient absence, or unpaid import taxes, duties, or fees levied by the destination country.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
To report a damaged item, please contact us with the following:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the exterior and interior packaging
This helps us assess the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
3. Item-Specific Return Policy
Due to health, hygiene, and safety standards, the following items are non-returnable unless received in damaged or defective condition:
- Food and Beverages
- Health and Wellness Products (supplements, vitamins, personal care items, medical devices)
If you receive a damaged item in these categories, please contact us immediately for support.
4. How to Return an Item
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. Include your order number and reason for return
- Carefully package the item(s), including all original packaging and accessories
- Ship the item using a trackable shipping method of your choice. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Returns may take up to 4 weeks to reach our facility. Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receipt, and may take up to 2 additional weeks to appear in your account
